Wrong Pension Type - Allocated Pension


In the ‘Member Mode’ section, we accidentally select ‘Allocated Pension’ instead of ‘Min Account-Based’. I have tried to change it to ‘Min Account Based’ then click process but it doesn’t let me. The box is greyed out, and amendments cannot be made. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It’s most likely that you have a pension income stream linked to that member. Therefore, to change the pension type, you will need to change to ‘Min Account Based’ from the Pension screen.

Edit the member’s pension income stream and change to the correct mode.
