Unable to log a support call

Today we have tried to log a support call, but we can’t as the email address box is greyed out and as a result we can not submit the support call?

Also when, we access the support call screen our details are not pre-filled?

Please advise as we have an issue with actuary %

I can’t log a support call either - comes up with information relating to the issue you are having but cant click on the next tab to log support call.
