Good morning folks,
A query was posed to me this morning but I cannot find anything in writing supporting our supposition, so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
When completing a share transaction wherein a premium has been paid, is there any requirement to show the premium paid on the ASIC Form 484?
From our understanding, and a phone call I had with someone at the ASIC call centre, the ASIC only require the paid value of each / total shares? There seems to only be space on the 484 Section C to advise the paid/unpaid values, but not the actual premium values paid.
If anyone knows if there’s a section in the Corporations Act that says otherwise, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share here.
