Share Classes - Matching, Creating,

Hi CAS

We are having issues with share classes that existed on our clients on CAS desktop that are not available on CAS360.

We are unable to choose the share class and description to match what already exists - and the alternative is to create a new share class - the result is that the same class of share is split on the members register.

We are finding this issue happens on Conversions.

Has anyone got any tips please?

Now that there isnt a share type database it is difficult to work with.

We are aware of the share class limitation on conversion transactions and this is something we’re hoping to resolve very soon.
