The current ‘Lodged (manually)’ is a document status and not a lodgement status and this is why it is not clearing out of your rejected returns list.
We added the ability to change the lodgement status to ‘Mark as Lodged’ for annual returns, which moves it from awaiting lodgement or rejected to the lodged tab. However, we didn’t extend this to BAS/IAS returns.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will look to have this addressed in a future release.
