Private company limited by guarantee

I am trying to add a private company ***** Limited but it keeps giving me the error “legal elements are not valid for this type of company”.

Is this not supported in CAS - do I have to lodge forms through ASIC website?

Hi Rachel

I just want to check some more information for this.
Is it a small proprietary company?
And are there any other subclass attached to it or special permission from ASIC?

If limited by guarantee, it would be a public company, not a private company
