Hi all, wondered if anyone else has a solution for this. When we take on a fund from another firm, if they have registered for Superstream through AustPost, we cannot register until they cancel their subscription - the fund cannot have 2 registrations. What do we do if the previous firm are not helpful? It seems we cannot cancel it on their behalf.
Hi i have come across this issue too. we have not been able to find a resolution as of yet.
You can send our support team a trustee consent to cancel Superstream registration or a signed engagement letter to provide evidence that you are the current accountant of the fund. We will then cancel the ABN at our end for you.
