Old Fund - I want to Archive not delete

Hi. I have a fund that has been closed down.

Is there a way to archive the fund but not delete? I want to keep the records available should access be needed in the future, but not have it show as part of my workflow.

Is this achievable or is deletion the only way?

You could possibly use the tagging feature on the workflows screen, just use the filter to only show a list funds with a certain tag name.
