Hi all, We have had a recent change in staff and therefore, I am the new CAS 360 person! Eek. I have made a couple of minor amendments to the Director ID email and now need to know how to check / change our signatory for emails and letters. Can anybody help?

You can see available fields in the CAS360 Dictionary.
I think you can probably choose Firm, User, Partner or Manager fields. Or you can just a type a name in the template if you prefer.
Partner and Manager can be added to a company under Company Contacts on the company’s General tab
Also check Email Settings under Settings. There is an option to show the Users name as Sender when sending emails.
