We would like to give our auditor access to our funds, however they are concerned about seeing our internal notes which appear regarding various subjects. Is there anyway to hide notes from particular users?
Have you had a look at Settings, User Roles - set the user to Auditor. There are heaps of things to turn on/off - including notes - but that may not be the notes you are referring to.
