Identifying ASIC Agent staff members as opposed to clients

In order to identify who are our staff members in CAS360 we have been adding a hyphen after their surname followed by the name of the ASIC Agent in Contacts.

One of the problems is if we include the Partner or Manager in an email to the client it will include these which doesn’t look professional. Editing every email sent also defeats the purpose of simplifying our processes.

What are other agents doing or have done deal with this?

We want to be able to recognise and separate staff from clients particularly where senior staff members have their own companies on our ASIC Agent List.
