Form RA61 Annual Review List request timed out

We have had issues over the last few months in receiving a Annual Review List for a full year from ASIC after lodging a Form RA61.

After contacting ASIC it seems the request timed out because the number of companies in the request were too many for the failing EDGE server.

They suggested requesting the report in half yearly blocks and it worked!

Guess it depends on the number of total companies on your agent list as to how many it can process at a time, so portioning it makes sense; Iā€™d resorted to lodging the RA61 via the Agent Portal and then just cut-and-paste the data into a spreadsheet :sweat_smile:
