Deactivate zero pension accounts

Hello. I have a fund that had 4 pension accounts for each member (I know…insert eye roll). It is now down to 2 accounts for each member with the last of the other 2 each being sorted the year before. Is there a way to have the NIL member statements not be included in the Report Pack please? Thanks in advance.

Hi jackieb, have you tried adding an end date to the pension accounts in the members list that you want to remove. I may work or will certainly work when you roll over to new year.

Hi RohanG, I’m still finding my way around this program and really am not sure where to do this as I can’t find anything in the manuals on where to put an end date. I miss simple fund desktop…sigh!
