Contacts with Multiple Email Address

Instead of creating extra contacts for the same person just so you can access the email addresses where there are more than one - wouldn’t it be easier when adding Company Contacts to a Company that when you enter a contact name it displays all of the emails that this contact has?

Having to create an extra contact(s) defeats the purpose of maintaining a contacts details all in one place.

Just to shed some light on your post CAS 360 allows you to add multiple emails to a contact. By navigating to the Contacts Screen, selecting the contact, and clicking on:

Information + | Communication Details | Select Email.

CAS 360 will only email the primary email set for the contact, which is based on a best practice approach of one email = one signature and also ties into digital signing requirements.
