Change setup of address in annual review letters

Our annual review letters are set up to be addressed to the registered office - we want the letters to be addressed to the officer - how do we do this please

Thank you for your post

In regards to your question, you will just need to change the merge field that is being used for the address in the Cover Letter template.

We do have a number of options for which address and how you would like the address to be displayed on the letter.
