First time posting so i am wondering if someone would be able to help me. When i prepare a Centrelink/DVA Schedule it shows $0 at the commutations. How do i get my commutations to transfer into this report.

Normally commutations should come through to the Centrelink / DVA Shedule assuming that the date of the commutation happens on/before the report date.
It could be an issue with your templates.
To reset the template,
- Bring up the report in the Reports Screen
- Change the Badge to anything except Default Badge
- Click Options next to the report and select Templates
- Click Reset Template
Give that a try and let us know how that goes.
I’m having an issue. I’ve reset the template, however it appear the data is being pulled in from the 2017FY. When there are commutations its saying no, or if there are it’s pulling data saying 30/06/2017, even though I’m in the 2019 reporting date.
