Here is the recording of the CAS360 ASIC Invoices and New Features Webinar (July 2018)

Session Overview

  • Most recent changes due to ASIC invoices now coming into CAS360

  • New features from last 3 CAS360 update

  • Note - Last webinar was May 23 - all about Company Registrations in CAS360 - this is now available on the BGL Community to watch.

ASIC Invoices

From July 14 ASIC invoices will come directly through CAS360

What invoices will appear in CAS360

  • ASIC late lodgment fee invoices

  • ASIC late payment fee (for Annual Reviews)

  • Fees for lodgement of documents (i.e 6010 Deregistration, 205A Company Name Change)

  • Annual Review Fee invoices (currently in Annual Review screen only, will be included in Company debt alerts in next release)

CAS360 Version 33 - 24/05/2018

New Features Include

  • Company Import Options - Users can now select and deselect the company data is imported from ASIC.

    • Import share transactions on Registration Date - Users can now import share transactions for companies and make the transaction date the Company Registration date

    • Import Case Users can also select to have this data imported in Upper case or Proper case.

  • ASIC form 2560 - Users can now prepare ASIC form 2560 for return of capital transactions

  • ASIC form 211 - Uses can now prepare ASIC form 211 for share class conversion transactions

  • Annual Review due date - Users can now see the Annual Review due date in the Global Documents screen

  • Add Labels when adding a new Company - Users can now add a Label to a Company when it is being added to CAS360

  • Post-Incorp documents - Added ASIC Form 362, Officers Register, Members Register, Notice of Public Officer appointment

  • Select Date range on RA61 - Users can now set a specific date range on the Annual Review listing report from ASIC.

  • Corporate Key - Added the option to show the on the CAS360 Annual Review Merging of duplicate Contacts is back :wink:

  • Added Annual Review Due Date to the Annual Review Listing Report

  • Added new Partner, Reference, Client Number, and Current Client status fields to Company Listing Report.

  • Added merge fields for long form dates (i.e Monday, January 1st, 2018) for all documents and emails templates

  • Added a warning message if a contact is deleted while connected to SF360 or XPM

CAS360 Version 34 - 28/06/2018

New Features Include

  • Discretionary Trust Distributions - Users can now record Discretionary Trust distributions in CAS360 and prepare the documents.

  • Automated Annual Review Re-Request - Now if you miss the annual review for a Company, CAS360 will automatically re-request it for you

  • ASIC Price Changes - All ASIC fee and late fee calculations will use the new ASIC fees starting from 1 July 2018.

  • Update Addresses - When changing a company’s address in Multi Company Documents users can now update other company addresses including the postal and meeting address.

  • Unit Trust - Unitholder Minute and Resolutions - Users can now prepare Unitholder Minute and Resolutions for unit transactions inside a unit trust.

  • ASIC Form 490 - Users can now prepare Officers Transactions and Changes to Officers Details for Foreign Companies.

  • ASIC Form 315 - Users can now prepare ASIC Form 315 - Notification of resignation, removal or cessation of auditor.

  • Accountant User role - Added a new user role called ‘Accountant’ this user is view-only with the ability to create dividends and distributions

CAS360 Version 35 - 12/07/2018

New Features Include

  • New Send Document Reminder screen - Document reminder screen has been redesigned allowing to you preview and easily select which documents you are sending to your clients

  • Register of Charges - You are now able to prepare a Register of Charges for all companies in CAS360.

  • Register of Debenture holders - You are now able to prepare a Register of Debenture holders for all companies in CAS360.

  • Register of Prescribed Interests - You are now able to prepare a Register of Prescribed Interests for all companies in CAS360.

  • ASIC Form RA04 - You can now prepare ASIC form RA04 - Direct Debt Request in CAS360

  • Check Name Availability - Users can now check if a Name is available on the ASIC database when preparing a Company Name change

  • Post DocuSign Screen - Improved to add the ability to download the signed documents, or to have the documents emailed to the signer.

  • Added a confirmation message on lodgements

  • Added the ability for foreign companies to have officers appointment before the registration date
