BGL 360 Down 14-02-19

Hi We have tried to log in this morning and the following message appers:

“Internal Server Error”

We are getting the same thing. Tried calling but gave up after 10 minutes.

Hopefully it wont be down for long!

Thanks Donna, its not just us then.

I am having the same issue at my firm. BGL said it would be another 10-15 minutes to my co-worker… but that was longer than 10-15 minutes ago.

Do you know where the system status page is? I remember seeing a BGL page which had the current status of the system (running, not running etc.)…

Simple Fund 360 is currently experiencing an outage. We have identified the cause of the issue and our team is working to resolve the issue and will update this page regularly. Restoration activities are taking longer than expected. We will have an updated ETA by 10:00 AEDT.

This gave me a some systems are experiencing issues page - and show SF 360 + CAS 360 both have a major outage.

10:30 AEDT now… my bet is it will keep changing all day long!!!

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Affected services include CAS 360 and Simple Fund 360.

The estimated timeframe has been 10am, 10:30 am and now 11:30am…

Unfortunately not. AWS have stated they have fixed the root cause and have started restoring their services. We won’t know how long this will take but will keep you updated with a time frame once we have one
