Asic invoice reminders

I am sending out invoice reminders to clients and the due date is coming up as 2021 should be 2020 - i am manually changing it - is this what is supposed to be happening?

In relation to your query, the ${AnnualReviewDeadline} merge field (Most likely in your current Company Debt Reminder Template) looks at the Annual Review Date appearing in the General Details screen of the company plus 2 months. However, the Annual Review Date is automatically changed to the next year when an Annual Review has been processed from the Reviews screen.

Therefore, where an Annual Review has been processed for the client, you may choose to instead customise the Company Debt Reminder Email Template to possibly include the following merge field (Instead of the above one) which looks at the Annual Review Date appearing in the General Details screen minus 1 year plus 2 months, which should correct this issue:
${LastReceivedAnnualReviewDeadline}
